Really good stay!
friendly staff beautiful hotel ecological focus
The sauna was WONDERFUL and so was the swimming area! The hotel is beautiful and has a special charm. I found the staff friendly and very accommodating. The ecological focus is a HUGE plus.
The music from the pool carried into the room I was staying in. It took a club turn at 8pm until 10pm.

The indoor pool was like a tropical oasis with lush greenery surrounding it. The upstairs sauna and wellness area offered a space to unwind. I enjoyed my time there.

The breakfast included a good variety of choices and everything was fresh. I recommend the rooftop restaurant even if you do not stay in the hotel. The food was AMAZING!!!

The staff helped with every question I had. There were nice touches like slippers and extra towels on the rooftop. I received a boarding pass type of paperwork on arrival.

My Two-Bedroom Suite had ample space for everyone. The pool area was relaxing. I enjoyed a delicious three-course meal at the Chapung restaurant. The staff was attentive and professional, meeting my expectations.

broken lift unfriendly receptionist
the pool inside the building created a unique common area i had not seen before in europe.
I felt disappointed. the lift was not working properly. furthermore, the receptionist was not friendly. There were errors in the payment, including services i did not use.
