unique common areaunfriendly receptionist
the pool inside the building created a unique common area i had not seen before in europe.
I felt disappointed. furthermore, the receptionist was not friendly. There were errors in the payment, including services i did not use.

The pool area is relaxing and stands out. My room was a beautiful suite (i loved it!). The staff were attentive, and the signature breakfast was worth it.
I noticed basic housekeeping duties were not consistently performed. For example, used towels from the pool area were not always collected. I was also disappointed in the front desk service. I was sometimes neither greeted nor farewelled (it was a little strange).
